Scripture: Proverbs 8:17
“I love those who love me; and those who diligently seek me will find me.”
I wish for your life to be filled with the love and blessing of God. And now I want to share the grace with you through this message titled “He Who Loves God.”
Everyone knows that the sky is very high. When you go up a tall mountain or fly over the sky in the plane, you can feel the height of the sky more vividly. It is the same with the love of God.
The more you have experienced His love the better you can understand it. Since God says in Proverbs 8:17, “I love those who love me; And those who diligently seek me will find me,” the key to realizing the love of God belongs to yourself. If you love God, with what kind of attitudes and deeds do you live?
First of all, you cut off the worldly things and accomplish heart of God every day.
If you love God, you do not look at any kind of worldly things at all but only look to God and listen to His word. The love for God becomes the strength to flatly cut off the world and instead obey the word of God willingly every day.
Secondly, if you love God, you possess a longing heart for meeting God every day and earnestly seek Him by crying out in prayer.
It is so natural that you desire to meet someone you love. If you do not want to see him/her, it proves that something wrong is happening to your love. In the same way, if you love God, you always desire to meet Him so you are forced to seek Him earnestly.
If you seek God through prayers and petitions, He will meet you. You cannot take delight only in receiving His answers and blessings. But your delight in confirming the love of God cannot be compared with anything else. The more you experience this, the greater strength you will receive to change yourself.
Thirdly, if you love God, you spread the love of God.
If you testify to the love of God you are feeling and experiencing, the other will feel that love and possess the faith in God and the hope for heaven. Just as our Lord Jesus comforted countless heartbroken souls, you will have to comfort the heartbroken and spread the love of God to them.
May you meet God and experience His power every day, receive His answers and blessings, and play the role of the herald of planting the faith and hope into the hearts of many people, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ I pray!
