1st Spirit, Soul, Body (7)

Last time we looked at the soul, and from today onwards, over a few hours, we will testify about the most important spirit among the primary souls and bodies.
Soul is a generic term for brain cells and their functions. Before Adam sinned, the soul acted like a servant obeying the instructions of the Spirit. By doing so, the untruth was planted in the heart through the thoughts of people. It was said that it is difficult for a person of such a soul to have faith even when they hear the word of God because they do not receive it with their heart with the human thoughts that are inputted in their brains. Then, what is a spirit, and what must those with dead spirits do to be saved?
1. What is the Spirit?
The world defines ‘spirit’ as something that cannot be seen or touched, but the ‘spirit’ that God speaks of is immortal, immortal, unchanging, eternal, life, and truth itself. It belongs to the 4D world, not the visible 3D world.
When God created man, he breathed life into his nostrils and made him a living spirit, that is, a living spirit. However, since Adam sinned and the living spirit became a dead spirit, those who do not believe in God are as if they do not have a spirit. Then, how did the spirit really change after Adam’s sin?
Originally, the first man, Adam, was a living spirit, a being who communicated with God who is spirit. Because he lived in the Garden of Eden and was taught only the truth from God, there was no untruth or evil in Adam’s heart, and he did not need a conscience to distinguish between good and evil. Before he sinned, Adam had both heart and conscience, that is, spirit.
However, when Adam sinned in disobedience and the spirit died, sin entered. Previously, I only knew good and truth, but now I feel what is good and evil, and relativity has arisen, and as I have fallen into a physical person, I have been kicked out of the 4 dimensional world into the 3 dimensional world.
In this way, Adam, who lived in the realm of the flesh after his spirit died and communication with God was cut off, accepted the untruth in his heart through Satan, who controls his soul, and gradually lost the truth taught by God. In the heart, truth and untruth are mixed. After the crime, evil entered through Satan, and right and wrong, righteousness and injustice, and good and evil coexist.
Also, based on what is learned and input from birth, it sets the standard for judging what is right and wrong. However, conscience is not always right by God’s standards. The standards for distinguishing good from evil are different depending on what kind of environment they grew up in, who taught them, and what they experienced. They all have different consciences.
If only the truth and goodness were learned from good and good parents, their children will become good and good people. However, even if parents teach only good things, their children can be influenced by many people, such as neighbors and friends, and evil can be planted in their hearts. In this way, after Adam sinned, man’s heart and conscience became completely different from before. The heart and conscience have become governed by the soul controlled by Satan, not the spirit that was only made up of goodness and truth. Therefore, a person whose spirit has died has no choice but to go to hell while doing evil under Satan’s control.
2. In order for a person with a dead spirit to be saved
Since the spirit is unchanging, eternal, true, and truth, non-spirits cannot but decay and die, and in the state of death of the spirit, they end up going to hell. Here we must realize why the human spirit is important. God sent His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, to this earth to raise the dead spirits of man. Jesus, who came to this earth as the Word became flesh, taught the word of truth and opened the way to eternal life.
Then how can we raise dead spirits through Jesus? If anyone hears the word of truth and accepts Jesus as their Savior, the Holy Spirit is given to us as a gift, and the Holy Spirit brings our dead spirits back to life and leads us to enter the eternal kingdom of heaven. As John 14:6 says, “I am the way, the truth, and the life, no one comes to the Father, but through me.” Only when we believe in Jesus Christ, who is the way, the truth, and the life, as our Savior Your spirit will come back to life and you will go to heaven.
In this way, if a person’s dead spirit comes back to life, we can go to heaven, but why do we have to go to church and live a life of faith? This is because if a dead spirit is resurrected, the process of spiritual growth is necessary. When a child is born, it goes through infancy, becoming a young man, and becoming a mature adult.
John 16:7-8 says, “It is to your advantage that I go away; if I do not go away, the Counselor will not come to you; but if I go, I will send him to you, and when he comes, of sin, of righteousness, of judgment, and of the world He will rebuke you.” As He said, the Holy Spirit who has come into our hearts convinces us of sin, righteousness, and judgment. He also helps us to believe in Jesus Christ, our Savior, and guides us so that we can understand the spiritual meaning contained in the Word of God and receive it in our hearts.
It is the Holy Spirit who gives birth to and nurtures the spirit. Through the help of the Holy Spirit, we can produce the Spirit to the extent that the Word of God, which is the truth, is planted in our hearts. Since God is a Spirit and the Word is God, as much as the Word of truth is planted, the Spirit is produced. The process by which the dead spirit comes to life and grows is the life of faith. Through this process, the lost image of God is restored and we come out as God’s true children.
3. In order to be born again of water and the Holy Spirit and change into a man of spirit
In John 3:5, Jesus told a parable about the process of being born again, saying, “Unless a man is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.” Here, water is the truth, it means the word of God, and to be born again by water means to engrave the word of God in your heart and put it into practice.
He also said that unless you are born of the Holy Spirit, you cannot enter the kingdom of God. For example, even if we read the Bible a hundred times, we cannot realize the spiritual meaning contained in the Word unless the Holy Spirit comes within us. It is only accumulated as one knowledge, but it is not planted in the heart or built into faith, so it does not follow our actions. Spiritual enlightenment comes only with the help of the Holy Spirit, and if we hold onto this Word and pray, we will be given the power to act and live according to the Word of God.
To give an easy analogy, if you want to become a basketball player, you don’t have to just diligently read books about basketball. You can become a basketball player only when you try hard to put it into the goal and learn it through hard training and practice with the help of your coach. In this way, even in living a life of faith, we do not stop at listening to the Word of God and accumulating knowledge with our heads, but only with the help of the Holy Spirit to understand the word of truth and to have true faith without any doubt in our hearts. At that time, actions follow, and as much as we do, the flesh, which is the untruth, is stripped away and the spirit is born, and we are transformed into a person of spirit.
In the same way, the Holy Spirit becomes a coach within us, awakens us, instills faith, so that we do what we say, and when we do not follow the word, He gives us troubles so that we repent and turn back to lead us into a spiritual person. If you keep changing into the spirit, eventually you will fully plant the word of truth in your heart and practice it, and your heart will come out as a man of spirit made up of soil.
Things that were opposed to the truth, such as blood, hatred, envy, judgment and condemnation, lies, deceitfulness, and change of mind, are pulled out from the heart, and when there is only the truth in the heart, we can say that we have become a person of spirit. However, when the mind of the truth and the untruth is still combined, we cannot be called people of the spirit. In order to become fully spiritual people, the words of the 66 books of the Bible must come into our hearts and live in them.
In this state of becoming a man of spirit, the conscience also changes into the truth, and the heart itself becomes the truth, so the heart becomes the spirit. Before Adam sinned, his heart was a spirit, and his conscience was also a spirit, so the soul and body belonging to the spirit will be formed.
Dear saints,
In order for us to go to heaven, the dead spirit must come to life and the spirit must grow, and the process is being born again of water and the Holy Spirit. If you do not live according to God’s Word and say “I believe” only with words, you cannot go to the kingdom of God. Only when you hear the Word of God and receive the help of the Holy Spirit and plant the word of truth in your heart and practice it, you will have faith in your heart and will be transformed into the Spirit and live forever. The truth is that you will go to heaven.
In John 3:6, it is said, “What is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. I bless you by name.
